Grand Dinner

-Another Grand event...

-Miso Broth, Duck Wontons.










-Tossed Field Greens with Roasted Beets (yes, mom, I ate them and they were good), Chevre, Aged Balsamic Dressing.






-Parsely Crusted Whitefish, Grilled Beef Tournedo, Green Peppercorn Sauce, Golden Yukon Potato Cake, Michigan Aspargas.
-Topped off with the Cheesecake Trio.
